Deposit & Payment

It is important that your reservation be a binding contract between us. We require a full fee of £375 with a non-refundable deposit of £100 at the time of reservation.

The package includes B&B accommodation, one main meals (on first day), organised trips in Marrakesh (excluding transport fees), use of villa facilities, daily workshops and 2 individual sessions ( massage and Islamic Counselling).

However, it is a possibility to book additional (50 minute) treatments, which will incur additional costs, as follows: Hijama: £25, Homeopathy: £40, Islamic Psychotherapy: £35, Womb Mizan massage: £45.

In the unlikely event that you may wish or need to cancel your booking please contact us to discuss the matter in the first instance. Kindly bear in mind that there are no discounts available in any circumstances.

It is a high possibility that you will have to share a room with other participants. The bed allocation is randomly selected, for the room availability as follows:

  • Bedroom 1: 1 large double bed
  • Bedroom 2: 1 large double bed
  • Bedroom 3: 1 single bed  and 1 large double bed
  • Bedroom 4: 1 large double bed
  • Bedroom 5: 1 single bed  and 1 large double bed

Specific reservation requests are welcomed upon prior arrangements with the provider.

Travelling

It is the participants responsibility to book flight tickets and arrive at the accommodation on their own account and to be punctual. The Ladies Only Retreat in Marrakesh, Morocco will be run between 24th and 29th October 2018. An airport transfers are not included in the package, however Nisaa Retreats can make necessary arrangement upon individual request.

You are fully responsible for your own health throughout any treatment and/or stay with us and therefore it is your responsibility to ensure that you are medically fit to undergo any treatment.

Mizan Therapy, Counselling and Homeopathy are undertaken with the understanding that the client has been honest about their health when filling in the consultation forms.

Use Of Personal Information

When filling in your personal information, such as your name, address and e-mail address, we may use this information for marketing and promotional purposes, such as mailings, announcing new products or making promotional offers. We do not rent, sell or give customer-identifying information to other companies without prior permission. Any personal information given on the booking forms and consultation forms is private and confidential and will not be looked at by any other party other than the Hosts for this Current Retreat.

Health, Safety and Dietary Needs

Breakfast dishes will be served once a day at allocated time. If you have any special dietary needs such as allergies or intolerances you must inform the Hosts. Any replacement healthy dietary items must be brought in by yourself. Please do not bring any snacks or vices with you to the property unless there is a necessary health reason.

No clients are allowed in the kitchen area or to use any kitchen equipment without prior permission. Anyone who does so is responsible for their own Health and Safety.

Smoking or drinking alcohol is not permitted on the property.

Nisaa Retreats will not be held responsible for any trips, falls, accident or illness on or off the premises and its grounds (This includes the hot tub).

Use of Swimming Pools

It is the user’s responsibility to follow the instructions on how to prepare, use and clean the pool after use. Organizers take no responsibility for accidents or any minor or major injures caused by inappropriate use of the swimming pool facility.

Use Of Technology

Use of mobile phones should be conscious and considerate. This includes picture taking and video taking, which should only be done off the premises unless prior permission has been sought.

All participants on the Nisaa Retreat agree to be mindful of others with regards to sleeping and waking times. No personal movies or music are to be played on the retreat.

Contracting

Please be away of our copyright policy and the intellectual property of the organisers. All intellectual property which are produced, borrowed or owned by Ayishah and Hannah, may not be copied, reproduced or uploaded onto social media without prior permission.

Group work

Group-work is not a platform for individual therapy, participants are encouraged to disclose only necessary and be mindful of their own vulnerabilities. Please be mindful of timings when asking questions. Any lengthy and/or personal questions (which are absolutely necessary), must be saved until you have your own personal one-to-one session.

Feedback

Finally, all anonymous feedback from the course, will be addressed to both Hannah and Ayishah. In the case of any serious complaint against any of the hosts, this may be given in writing to any of the above named people at the end of the retreat.

Any matters which you feel need to be verbalised at the time, please wait until there is free time where the hosts are not involved in one to one sessions or workshops. A private place can be sought for discussion and resolution.
